Jay Barninger
Jay was born and raised in Columbia. He graduated from Columbia High School. Jay currently works at Turkey Hill Dairy in Regulation Compliance and as Security Coordinator. He has held the positions of Junior Firefighter Advisor, Lieutenant, Captain, Assistant Chief, Company Chief ,and Borough Chief. Jay currently serves as Deputy Chief, Grant Committee, Fire Safety Committee Chair, Recruitment and Retention Committee Chair. He would like to prepare younger members to pass along the torch to. Jay is also a member of Turkey Hill Dairy's Haz - Mat Team, and their First Aid Team.
